Add a Template folder to RMS Express or, better, interface to a standard mail client

Some mail are repetitive. A template folder in RMS Express can act as in normal mail client (Thunderbird, Evolution, Outlook).

Also an interface from normal mail client and RMS Express will do this.

Forms for setting user options, position and weather reports are complete. A full-featured message template feature is also included in 1.1.1.4.

This should come with standard templates for position reports, options messages, and position requests. ICS-213 forms, too. Ideally, these templates will be fillable forms.

A message template feature such as Airmail has would be a great asset. In Airmail I could save all the MARS EMCOMM messages and just call up the one I needed and fill in the blanks. Now, in RMS Express, I must open a saved text file, copy and past it into a new message and fill in the blanks then pick the correct address group. Airmail also saves the address group for the blank used, thus making a mistake by selecting the wrong group much less likely. This makes for faster and error free message handling for MARS EMCOMM.

There are a lot of "message" creation features in Airmail that perhaps it is time to initiate into RMS Express. I find myself doing some messages in another program, then copying them into RMS express or adding as an attachment. IE: spell checking for one.
I would like to see ICS-213 forms (for NIMS) and even NTS forms (for ARRL field day).
