Add the ability to forward P2P Packet messages into

the Winmor WL2K system ie use 3rd Party as a relay. Have messages automatically posted to Outbox of

Winmor WL2K.

Forward To: emoares@gmail.com

so when the P2P message delivered to VE3ONN the

message is placed into Winmor WL2K outbox for

delivery
