RMS Express 1.1.6.0 WINMOR RMSs close don't show up.

Installed RMS Express 1.1.6.0.
Experienced that RMS WINMOR stations closer than 4000KM does not show up.
Local RMS Packet does not show up.
New Channel update did not help.
RMS Pactor seems ok.
Bug in client or in CMS?

Fixed and works by download over Inet and Over radio in 1.1.6.8
