Make the frequency list Airmail compliant again

The frequency list format was changed and now it does not show the P3 frequencies in Airmail Terminal anymore. Please correct this ASAP.

seems to be corrected now. The problem was the sequence of P2 and P3 mode in the list, which should always show P2 before P3. Thank you.

Has the order of the sentences in each data set been corrected or confirmed to be acceptable to Airmail.
