Upgrading from RMS express 1.1.8.0 to 1.1.9.0 HF channel selector no winmor channels.

Try lovering propagation filter to 0 and also update channels.

Have done so and all stations do appear, but path quality estimate for all stations remain at 0

Issue resolved V1.2.1.0
