Auto CMS link reset

When the internet link becomes shaky, RMS packet server loses it's CMS link and requires it to be reset by an operator.
Suggestion: have an auto reset that monitors the link status at regular intervals (similar to 'monlink' for resetting the reflector status on DStar)

A auto re-connect would be great if it isn't too much to create. I have to reset at least twice a month and sometimes I don't know it was down. Thanks team for all your efforts Wayne Wright-KA5QDG 713 941 7777
