Time stamp RMS Express 00:00

I find that date is ok when RX, but that the clock time is always set as 00:00
Why is that? Seems like a bug.

This 00:00 timing issue still present in the new RMS Express 1.1.4.0

Seen easily if forwarding incomming message to another adress.

Fixed in, or just before 1.1.7.6
