RMS Express will not tune radio IcomM802

I am using Winlink Express 1.4.2.0 with a PC on Windows 10. I have a SCS P4Dragon Pactor modem connected to my computer with Bluetooth. My radio is an Icom M802.

I have been using this setup successfully for almost a year. Recently my computer froze while in a session of RMSExpress (an earlier version than what I have now installed). I did a hard reboot of the computer and when I reopened RMSExpress, all settings were gone. I repopulated my settings using an old .ini file in logs for reference.

Since this happened, when I select a channel in an open session, my radio does not change channels. I have updated and installed the latest software and re-entered setting, but the radio will not change channels with the software. The computer is communicated with the radio and it will work when I manually dial the station.

Any ideas on settings I may have missed would be helpful.
