Website: Radio Message Server (RMS) frequency list. No RMS WINMORs
Clicking on that link leads to 2 downloads:
1: PublicPMBOs.txt. THIS DO NOT INCLUDE RMS WINMOR even if this sub page says so.
RMS PACTORs and RMS WINMORs are not merged. We only see RMS PACTOR.
We need to go for HF STATUS list to find the RMS WINMORs

Read your own website www.winlink.org. Check the right column:
Read and click the 7th line:Radio Mail Server (RMS) frequency list.
Next page header: Public Stations Frequency Lists. Under: read the second line:
That is saying: Frequencies supporting all PACTOR and WINMOR modes are supported.
Now _YOU_ show _ME_ where to find ANY information about WINMOR frequencies (off course withouth clicking on the always present Main Menu).
Is NOT present in the Attachement PublicPMBOs.txt (By the way an outdated header).
Third line in that attachement do state that letter w offers WINMOR connections.
Reading that ascii attachement shows no info whatsoever about any WINMOR station, exept the third line BRAGGING that is does exactly that.
I would suggest that you make a complete list as stated in the page itself.
Then ADD special list without WINMOR relevant for download into Airmail.

There is some old language in both the PublicPMBOs.txt file and our web page. Both are being updated to explain.
The PublicPMBOs.txt file is a legacy file that exists to support both Airmail and Paclink user software. Neither of these packages currently directly support the WINMOR protocol. Therefore, WINMOR stations do not appear in this file. RMS Express uses another automatic mechanism for updating gateway station listings.
WINMOR support by Airmail may occur through other non-WL2K software. Support for the features of non-WL2K programs is not within the realm of the Winlink Development Team at this time. Paclink will soon be upgraded to include WINMOR protocol support, and will also support the same update mechanism used by RMS Express.

Seems you discovered an obscure reference to the old way we used to publish the HF RMS frequencies. Now that the RMS client applications retrieve that information automatically they don't use those files any longer. This page will be updated on our next site maintenance pass.

Be careful so you do not accidentally destroy a format that may have been /maybe still is useful for manually updating Airmail Hf pactor lists.
I "believe" that I some years ago did a couple of manual updates on a couple of different Airmail installations on some older Airmail versions.
That was why I may suggest making a new completely merged list, keeping the old one for Airmail purposes if this still is useful for Airmail users.
The format is good for making an up to date paper copy including some sysop info.
I don't know if this option is inherent in todays versions of Airmail.
