Create more international RMS's for Winmor. Especially in Africa and South America
I have frustrated Ham buddies in Africa and South America who cannot effectively use RMS Express with Winmor, since there are no Winmor RMS's within easy, reliable reach.
Please allow Hams in these areas to set up RMS's, even if they are somewhat substandard. Substandard is better than NOTHING.

"Allowed?" This implies they have been disallowed. To my knowledge, that's false.
If there are potential RMS sysops in that region, simply have them apply to Steve Waterman K4CJX, as instructed on the web site. We would love to have more WINMOR RMS gateways in the network.
